Essentials

The shape alone, cut in glass and lit from behind.

Frameless glass with a halo behind it puts the outline on the wall and nothing else, so the shape does the whole work of the room: a circle centres it, a drop gathers a window, a pebble loosens a counter.

Collection notes

One build drawn into every shape, at a stated size and a stated price.

Every Essentials mirror is the same construction: 4 mm clear mirror glass cut to the drawing, a 3000K halo laid along the rear edge and a batten that carries both. Only the outline changes, so a shape is chosen for what its line does rather than for what it costs to make. Each is made at the size stated on its record, and a size to your own drawing is quoted on enquiry.

These editions hang above a counter, a console or a dressing table, at head height, where the halo does the work the room's light leaves undone: an entryway with no window, a basin wall, the bedroom in the evening.
