Process
How the work is made.
Mihail works where design meets production. Every new idea moves through material selection, engineering, technology and prototyping until the right balance between form, quality and manufacturability is achieved.
His background in furniture production and complex interior manufacturing allows ZAVEL to experiment with wood, MDF, metal, glass, stone, resin, light and decorative finishes, without allowing the material to become a limitation to the design.
The goal is not simply to make one beautiful mirror, but to ensure that good design can be realised with the same precision and quality, from a single bespoke piece to an entire series.
